SEMODU Group develops high-quality building modules and new methods for controlling buildings on the basis of state-of-the-art software solutions and complex mathematical systems – with the aim of becoming a leading global method provider for serial and modular construction.

This is a goal that we are happy to drive forward in the background, because housing is in short supply in Germany and remedial action is needed. Modular construction could play a major role in this. We communicate this for Semodu in a complex mix, because emotions run high when it comes to housing. All the more reason to rely on storytelling from a single source – with a view to politics as well as for investors and society. Stakeholders and platforms in the digital space are a central anchor, but print and online media with their representatives are also of great importance when digitalization, sustainability and new technologies in modular construction are discussed.
