A new office building in a sustainable timber-hybrid design – the Zwei Hoch Fünf – is being built according to plans by Steidle Architekten in the most central city center location at Königstraße 25/corner of Schulstraße in Stuttgart. The renowned project offers future users everything they need for a positive and healthy working environment on two retail and five office floors with a total of 2,300 m² of retail space and 5,000 m² of office space.

Even before construction began, echolot public relations was responsible for communication with political decision-makers, local residents and the media. In addition to traditional construction site communication (first digger bite, construction fence, etc.), echolot pr was also responsible for announcing the tenants, communicating on the subject of sustainability and supporting relevant events and functions.
